VAGUE DISTANCE
One of the offspring of Art Partners’ projects was an exchange organized by printmaker Mary Farrell, Professor of Art at Gonzaga University. In 2007 Zhang Guanghui, Dean of Printmaking at the Hubei Institute of Art, China visited Spokane to teach and to exhibit his Vague Distance series of work.
At the University of Washington, through Shirley Scheier, he exhibited this work at the Sand Point Gallery and participated in a panel discussion with area printmakers.
